1. About Your Appointment
By booking with Nails by B, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All bookings are automatically confirmed when made online. However, I reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit my business policies.
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you at the agreed time and date.
2. Booking Fees and Payments
A percentage deposit is required when booking your appointment to secure your slot.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment and can be paid by cash, card, or bank transfer.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with proper notice will allow you to reschedule using your existing deposit.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in forfeiture of your deposit. No-shows are subject so a 100% service charge.
This policy helps me manage my schedule and ensures fairness to all clients.
4. Health and Safety Requirements
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell. Contact me to reschedule and I will transfer your existing deposit to your new appointment.
If you arrive with visible contagious symptoms, you will be asked to leave and reschedule. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.
These measures are in place for the safety of myself and all other clients in the building.
5. Service Quality and Nail Care
All services are non-refundable once completed.
If you have any concerns about your treatment, please discuss them with me during your appointment so I can address them immediately.
Any issues with your nails within the first week will be fixed free of charge, unless the damage is self-inflicted or caused by misuse or lack of proper care.
Nail fixes or repairs after one week, or repairs for self-inflicted damage, are subject to a £5 repair fee.
6. Your Personal Information
I collect and store your personal information to provide my services and may use this information for marketing and sales purposes.
Your information is kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
You have the right to request what information I hold about you and to ask for it to be updated or deleted.

8. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients and will apply to future bookings.
By continuing to book appointments after changes are made, you agree to the updated terms.
9. Agreement
By booking an appointment with Nails by B, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
